Dr. Randy Conover, owner and medical director, has been with rural clinics and hospitals, has owned his own private practice and has served as a Major in the U.S Army Medical Corp. His experience helps us ensure your recruiting and building needs are addressed.
CR Crawford construction, the 4th largest general contractor in Arkansas, has the architects, engineers and contractors to build the projects you desire. They've built a variety of medical facilities in multiple states, including Rehab centers, hospice homes, urgent cares, dental offices, and multi-specialty clinics, the largest of which was a memory care and assisted living complex with 15 buildings on 20 acres.
Edward Lehnardt, real estate director, has covered 7 million square feet of commercial property in 20 states with over $1 Billion+ in estimated market value. He sources opportunities, finds funding, oversees operations and assist with site selection and lease negotiations.

This 18,748 square foot optical clinic included ambulatory services as well as exam rooms, administration offices and multiple surgical rooms for Lasik procedures.
This $17.5 million project involved multiple buildings on a 20-acre site. The 138,000 total square footage included an assisted living and memory care facility, twelve duplex villas of 3,000 square feet each, a clubhouse, and a bus garage. This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
This 30,100 square feet project was one of several completed on the Washington Regional Medical Center campus. For this particular project, we served as the Manager-at-Risk. It was completed on time and within budget.
